Shane with Korn Team Homes (formerly KornTeamMN) is a phenomenal realtor. From the first meeting through the closing date of buying our new home, Shane was prepared, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to listen to us and better understand our wants and needs. He came armed with loads of resources and industry connections for all aspects of the buying and selling process. He was always our champion, focusing on what was best for us and nothing else. We believe our house sold within days because Shane priced it right and marketed it well. He gave us tips on how to stage our home for pictures and showings while still feeing like we could “live” in our home. When it came to buying we went through many challenges due to the market and Shane was right there through it all. He felt the disappointment with us when our offer didn’t get picked and reassured us that we would find our forever home. He showed creativity and used innovative techniques to create the best offer possible for us to submit each time. Once we were under contract Shane stayed connected and involved, ensuring there were no hold ups as we moved towards closing.
